Roast apricot and rosemary toasts

  • 2 slices of BJORG Pain complet muesli (Organic whole grian muesli bread)
  • 6 apricots
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • several sprigs of rosemary
  • 120 g fromage frais
  • One pinch flower of salt


    1. Cut the apricots in half and place in a dish. Baste the apricots with honey and top with the sprigs of rosemary. Roast the apricots in the oven for around 15 minutes at 180°C.
    2. Spread the fromage frais onto the slices of whole grain muesli berad.
    3. Place the roasted apricots onto your toasts and decorate with a needle of Rosemary.
